Aichi
Mikawa Port, Gamagori (Aichi Prefecture)
We docked at Gamagori district of Mikawa Port. Enjoy the hot springs of Mikawa Bay and Gamagori udon noodles.
Nagasaki
Iki Island, Gonoura Port (Nagasaki Prefecture)
We docked at Gonoura Port in Iki. We saw Saru-iwa (Monkey Rock), which looks like a monkey turning its head away, and enjoyed a sea urchin rice bowl.
Akita
Oga-Funakawa Port (Akita Prefecture)
We docked at Funakawa Port on the Oga Peninsula. We visited the Namahage village and enjoyed stone-grilled cuisine.
Toyama
Fushiki-Toyama Port (Toyama Prefecture)
We docked at Manyo Wharf in the Fushiki area and took a shuttle bus to Takaoka Station. Gokayama and Toyama Bay sushi.
Hiroshima
Fukuyama Port and Tomonoura (Hiroshima Prefecture)
It's about a 20-minute drive from Mino-oki Wharf to JR Fukuyama Station. Then you'll arrive at Tomonoura, a port where ships waited for the tide and where the townscape of the Edo period remains.
Shizuoka
Atami Port (Shizuoka Prefecture)
It's about a 15-minute bus ride from Atami Port to Atami Station. A town known for its hot springs, Kiunkaku inn, and fireworks displays over the sea.
Nagasaki
