The ship docks at Pier 1 of the outer harbor, and a shuttle bus takes you to Mitsu Station. This port is also a stop for Dogo Onsen, Matsuyama Castle, and the Mitsui Ocean Fuji.

The gateway to the Shimanami Kaido on the Shikoku side. A town famous for its sea castle, Imabari Castle, Imabari towels, and yakitori (grilled chicken skewers).
