Izumi no Yu is the best
The price has been rising year after year, making it less and less of an option to add casually, but Izumi-no-Yu has a bath, which is rare for a cruise ship. It's recommended in the summer when you'll be sweating. The Nebuta Festival fireworks viewed from the Izumi-no-Yu area were amazing.
