What kind of ship is the Royal Princess?

The Royal Princess was built at the Fincantieri Monfalcone shipyard in Italy. It is a Princess Cruises ship, just like the Diamond Princess which is well-known for its Japan-based cruises, but it is a newer and larger ship.

From the "SeaWalk," which features floor-to-ceiling glass windows, you can look down on the sea beside the ship. You can also enjoy Princess Cruises' signature experiences, such as watching movies on a large screen above the pool at "Movies Under the Stars."
