Article 3 (Membership Registration)

  2. The operator may refuse registration if the applicant falls under any of the following categories. The operator is not obligated to disclose the reason for refusal.

  2. When posting photos, only photos taken by the member themselves or photos for which they have the necessary rights to post. Please take care not to include any personally identifiable information, such as other people's faces or room numbers, in the photos.
  3. The copyright of submitted content belongs to the member who submitted it.
  4. Members grant the service provider a non-exclusive right to use their posted content free of charge, without time or geographical restrictions, for the purpose of promoting and advertising this service (including reproduction, publication, translation, summarization, excerpting, and modification of display format). This service may automatically translate and display posted content for viewing in multiple languages.
  5. Members agree not to exercise their moral rights as authors with respect to their posted content against the operator or any party that has succeeded to or been granted rights by the operator.
  6. Notwithstanding paragraph 4, the operator may only post photos outside of this service (such as the operator's official social media accounts) if the member selected "OK to be featured on official social media accounts" when posting the photo. In that case, the member's nickname will be displayed as the photographer.
  7. For first-time members, the administrators will review the content of the first three photos submitted before publishing them.

Article 6 (Prohibited matters)

Users must not engage in the following actions when using this service:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Posts containing information not based on actual experience or information that is not factual.
  3. Posts made by individuals or organizations such as shipping companies, travel agencies, and retail stores with the aim of improving their own reputation or lowering the reputation of their competitors.
  4. Posts made in exchange for money or goods, without clearly indicating this fact (so-called stealth marketing).
  5. Acts of impersonating others, acts of using others' accounts
  6. Acts of slandering and defaming others, damaging their reputation or credibility, and discriminatory expressions.
  7. Posting personal information such as another person's name, contact information, room number, or facial photograph without their consent.
  8. Acts that infringe on the copyrights, portrait rights, trademark rights, or other rights of third parties.
  9. Posts intended for advertising, promotion, solicitation, sales, or repeated posting of the same content (spam)
  10. Actions that place an excessive burden on the service's servers or network, unauthorized access, and mass posting and data acquisition using automated tools are prohibited.
  11. Actions that interfere with the operation of this service
  12. Any other actions that the operator deems inappropriate.

Article 7 (Management of Posted Content)

  1. If the operator determines that posted content violates or is likely to violate these Terms of Service, they may make the posted content private or delete it without prior notice.
  2. The administrators are not obligated to monitor the content of submitted posts.
  3. The administrators do not guarantee the preservation of submitted content.
  4. Posted content reported by users may be temporarily made private until the administrators have reviewed it.

Article 8 (Member Interaction Functions and Points)

  2. Members can cancel their membership at any time from the account settings screen.
  3. Regarding the handling of your posted content after withdrawal, please follow the instructions provided at the time of withdrawal. If you wish to have your content deleted, please contact our support desk.

Article 10 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Services)
